Build and Kill Zombies Part & Build Finder
Pick a part category, tick what you already own, and the finder points at your next documented target โ with its odds, cash value and a roll budget. Every number is read from the game on camera; nothing is invented.
Already have a target? The Roll Odds Calculator turns any ladder slot into exact 50/90/99% roll budgets with your Luck skills applied.
What the Finder Tracks
The parts database behind this tool is built the same way as every number on this site: read frame by frame from public gameplay footage and cross-checked against code rewards. Right now it covers the confirmed parts across Engines, Supports, Weapons, Fuels and Blocks โ including the Small Engine (1 in 3), the $10,000 Flamethrower (1 in 9), the Legendary Double Barrel (1 in 10, $2,200) and the code-granted starters. Parts the camera has not read yet stay visibly blank โ the in-game Index itself marks uncollected slots as ???.
Seen in footage ยท 2026-09-24The recommendation layer is deliberately conservative: it never ranks a part it has no data for, and when it does rank, it tells you the logic (cheapest documented upgrade first). For the deeper strategy โ purchase order, compounding logic and deep-run economics โ the best vehicle guide and money guide carry the full reasoning with their own source tags.
Part Finder FAQ
How does the Part & Build Finder decide what to recommend?
It lists every part in your chosen category that has been confirmed on camera, removes the ones you tick as owned, and points at the cheapest documented upgrade you are missing โ compounding purchases (Luck-style) are ranked before one-off parts in the guides. The priority logic is our own judgment (labeled inferred); every odds and value underneath is read from the game on footage.
Why do some parts show "to be verified"?
Because their odds or values have not been read from the game yet โ the in-game Index marks uncollected slots as ???, and this site refuses to invent numbers. A blank cell means no verified source, not a value of zero. Parts fill in automatically as footage reads them (track the update log).
What is the difference between this and the roll odds calculator?
The finder answers "what should I chase next?" โ it works from your inventory across categories. The roll odds calculator answers "how many rolls will it take?" โ exact 50/90/99% targets for any ladder slot with your Luck skills. Use the finder to pick a target, then the calculator to budget for it.
Which categories are fully documented?
Engines are the most complete (the full 10-slot ladder from 1 in 3 to 1 in 12,500, with the Small Engine named). Supports and weapons have their confirmed parts listed with evidence; fuels and blocks have fewer reads so far. Every category page links from the builds hub with per-value sources.
What to do with your results: budget the grind in the roll odds calculator, mount it with the Build Mode walkthrough, and watch for new parts on the update log.
