Build and Kill Zombies Tools — Calculators & Finders
Free interactive tools for Build and Kill Zombies — the Part & Build Finder that plans your next upgrade and the Roll Odds Calculator that budgets any ladder slot, all footage-sourced.
Every interactive Build and Kill Zombies tools page lives here: two free, no-login utilities built on the same footage-sourced data as the rest of the site. One answers "what should I chase next?", the other answers "how many rolls will it take?" — together they cover the two decisions every save faces after the first run.
The Tools
Pick a part category, tick what you already own, and get your next documented target — with odds, cash value and a roll budget. The priority logic is shown, never hidden.
Pick any ladder slot from 1 in 3 to 1 in 12,500, add your Luck skills, and get exact 50/90/99% roll targets plus the average expectation — with the formula explained.
How to Use Them Together
The two tools chain into one workflow, and the order matters:
- Find the target — the Part & Build Finder lists every documented part in your chosen category, you tick the ones you own, and it points at the cheapest missing upgrade.
- Budget the grind — take that part's odds slot to the Roll Odds Calculator, add your Luck skills, and read the 90% roll count before you start pulling. A 1-in-9 target is ~20 rolls at 90% confidence; a 1-in-750 slot is ~1,700.
- Fund it — the working codes on the codes page hand out free cash and parts, and the money guide covers the run economy that pays for everything else.
Both tools render results only after you interact with them — the numbers come from the game's own Index and pickup popups read frame by frame, and any part the camera has not read yet stays visibly blank rather than guessed.

Honest boundaries, so you know what the numbers mean: no drop-rate simulation beyond the published in-game odds (Global Booster windows and event modifiers are not modeled), no invented parts or stats — the builds hub documents exactly what is and isn't confirmed — and no rarity ladder guesses beyond the one band name (Legendary) read on camera. New tools land here as the data supports them; the update log announces when they do.
Tools FAQ
Are the tools free?
Yes — both tools are completely free, no login, no ads between you and the result. They run entirely in your browser on documented data.
Which tool should I use first?
The Part & Build Finder if you don't know what to chase; the Roll Odds Calculator once you have a target and want to know how many rolls to budget. Most players bounce between the two.
Where does the odds data come from?
From the game itself: the in-game INDEX displays each category's odds ladder, and pickup popups show per-part odds and values. Every number carries a source tag on the page where it appears — the engine ladder (1 in 3 to 1 in 12,500) is read from the Index directly.
Will there be more tools?
The data pipeline grows with every game update — new parts, ladders and event mechanics feed the same two engines. A full vehicle-build planner is on the roadmap once combo-level data is read on camera; track the update log.
