Build and Kill Zombies Guide — Beginner to Waves & Bosses

The Build and Kill Zombies guide hub — beginner path, how the build-drive-upgrade loop works, wave survival, the skill tree and boss events, all source-tagged.

Last verified: 2026-09-24Priority: P0Source-tagged facts below

This Build and Kill Zombies guide hub collects every walkthrough on the site in playing order: the first-run path, the build-drive-upgrade loop, wave survival, the skill tree and the boss events. The game is a car-building survival sandbox — you weld a weapon-covered vehicle together from rolled parts, then drive it through zombie waves where distance and kills convert into cash for the next round of upgrades.

Start Here

New saves follow the same first hour, and it is short: buy the Build Tool, open the Build menu, roll an engine, mount a weapon and bank a run. The full order of operations — including the free engine and fuel tank from the COMMUNITY code — is in the beginner guide.

The Core Loop

Every session runs the same three-beat loop, and each guide on this hub maps to one beat:

  1. Build — roll parts at the CAR PARTS and SUPPORTS machines, then weld them into a vehicle in Build Mode. Categories, odds and blueprints are documented on the builds hub.
  2. Drive — push through zombie waves as far as fuel and armor allow. Distance and kills both pay cash.
  3. Upgrade — spend on more rolls and skill-tree nodes; Luck upgrades compound into every future roll.

All Guides

  • Beginner guide — the first hour: codes to redeem, what to roll first, and the cheapest path to a working car.
  • How to play — controls, menu map, Build Mode keys and the blueprint spawn system for players who want the full interface tour.
  • Waves guide — what the waves do to your car, how distance and checkpoints pay, and how to survive deeper pushes.
  • Skills guide — every documented skill-tree node with costs, and why Luck upgrades outrank weapons for most of the game.
  • Boss guide — the NEXT BOSS IN countdown, King 1x1x1x1 and the Hacker Event window.

Reading the Numbers

Numbers on this site carry source tags — values read frame by frame from public gameplay footage are marked footage, platform-API figures (player counts, visits) are marked roblox-api, and anything not yet confirmed is written "(to be verified)" rather than guessed. The game updates weekly and locked slots in the in-game Index still display as ???, so parts pages grow as footage confirms them. Check the update log after each patch, keep the codes list handy, and the live player count shows how the game is trending.

Suggested Path Through the Game

If you like following a plan, the guides chain together in the order most saves actually unfold:

  1. First session — redeem the starter codes, roll an engine, mount one support and bank a run (beginner guide).
  2. First upgrades — Luck II before more rolls, then Luck III (skills guide).
  3. Longer runs — fuel capacity and a second support, timed around the boss countdown (waves guide, boss guide).
  4. Blueprint era — once rolls stockpile parts, spawn pre-designed vehicles like Fast Furious instead of hand-building (how to play covers the Car Builds panel; the builds hub lists every documented part and its odds).

Each guide links back to the others, so you can enter anywhere — but the beginner guide is the shortest route to a first working car, and the odds documentation on the builds hub is what saves the most cash once rolls become your main expense.
