Every documented Build and Kill Zombies weapon — Double Barrel (Legendary, 1 in 10, $2,200), the Shredder objective line and the Cursed Katana event addition — with Build Mode weapon mounting.

Weapons are the offensive layer bolted onto every Build and Kill Zombies vehicle — shotgun-style guns, melee-style blades and mounted turrets placed through Build Mode's WEAPONS tab. This Build and Kill Zombies weapons page documents every weapon confirmed on camera, how the weapon roll line works, and how mounting actually functions in Build Mode.

The Double Barrel is the anchor datapoint: at 1 in 10 with a $2,200 value and the game's only confirmed Legendary band name, it shows what the weapon ladder pays at its mid tiers. The Shredder is the tutorial's own target — the game tells you to roll for it by name — which makes it the intended first weapon for every new save.

How Weapons Roll: The Weapons Station

Weapons come from their own roll line — the tutorial's objective literally reads "Roll at the Weapons Station to find a Shredder!", which confirms two things at once: weapons have a dedicated station, and the Shredder is the designed early target. Like the CAR PARTS and SUPPORTS machines, the station uses the SELECT CATEGORY picker and shows reset timers; results pop up with the weapon's odds and value.

The full weapons ladder has not been read from the INDEX yet — the weapons tab exists in the panel, but locked slots display as ??? until collected on camera. Odds land on this table as footage reads them; a guessed ladder would be worse than a blank one.

How Weapon Mounting Works

Build Mode is where weapons become part of the car:

  1. Open Build Mode and switch to the WEAPONS tab (alongside the VEHICLE tab).
  2. Select the weapon from your inventory — its card shows the count you own.
  3. Place with Click/E (place), R (rotate), X (cancel); the placement counter (0/1 style) tracks the mounting objective.

Build Mode also carries a TURRETS tab for mounted defensive weapons — the distinction in practice: weapons tab handles the gun-style offensive pieces (Double Barrel, Shredder), turrets and contact pieces like the Wooden Spike sit in the supports line (see supports for that ladder and its slot skills).

Weapons FAQ

What is the best weapon in Build and Kill Zombies?

The Double Barrel is the strongest confirmed weapon: 1 in 10 odds, a $2,200 value and the only Legendary band name read from the game. The Cursed Katana (September addition) may contest it — its odds are not read yet, so the claim waits on footage.

How do I get a Shredder?

Roll at the Weapons Station — the tutorial objectives direct you there by name ("Roll at the Weapons Station to find a Shredder!"). Target the weapons category in the SELECT CATEGORY picker rather than spreading rolls.

What does the Legendary tag mean?

It is the rarity band printed on the Double Barrel's pickup card — the only band name confirmed in the game so far. A full rarity ladder would be guesswork until the remaining bands are read on camera.

Are weapons better than supports?

They answer different problems: supports keep the car alive (contact and area defense), weapons scale kill income. The proven order is one cheap support first, then weapons once runs survive long enough to use them — the best vehicle guide has the full build order.
